I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Magellan harmless from any liability it may incur by virtue of any publication or use of my name, identifying information, image, testimonial or other work, including, without limitation, claims for libel or invasion of privacy or intellectual property rights.

It is my understanding that I will receive no compensation for use or publication of my name, identifying information, image, testimonial or other work.

If I am submitting a testimonial or other work ("Work"), I warrant that the Work was created and written by me, that I am the sole owner and author, and that I have the full right and authorization to submit the Work. I further warrant that the Work has not been published elsewhere and that I am voluntarily submitting it to Magellan.

I understand that Magellan has no obligation and may not use my name, identifying information, image, testimonial or other work. If my work is used, I understand that Magellan may opt not to provide my name or other identifying information in its use.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product, advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with my name, identifying information, image, testimonial or other work or the use to which it may be applied, whether that use is known to me or to my heirs, now or in the future. I agree that I have no right to the photographs, reproductions, negatives, videos, films, electronic media, brochures, materials or copy of any kind, and that all rights to such materials belong to Magellan.

This Release and Authorization may be signed in any number of counterparts and each counterpart shall represent a fully executed original as if signed by both Parties. Delivery of an executed counterpart signature page to this Release and Authorization by facsimile or in electronic format (e.g., ".pdf", ".tif", Adobe Digital Signature/DocuSign or other signature validation program) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Release and Authorization.
